We got some exciting news for PoE1 fans after all! Grinding Gear Games has just announced a one-month event that will change the game in unexpected ways. Starting soon, we will experience a reimagined set of nineteen Ascendancy Classes! Ever wondered what it would be like for a Witch to ascend into a Harbinger? Well, apparently this event will let you explore such intriguing possibilities. The development team announced that they are looking forward to see how the community engages with these interesting changes.

This announcement comes after we recently received some disappointing news that the current development team will be focusing primarily on Path of Exile 2, leaving Path of Exile 1 with fewer updates. However, it is clear that Grinding Gear Games has been listening to community feedback, which was very loudly shared throughout social media the last few days, and is making an effort to keep PoE 1 engaging for its long-time players.
