GGG has announced that we are getting twitch drops from watching streams.

Starting December 6th 11 am PST (7:00 PM (GMT) until December 14th 12am PST (9:00 AM (GMT).

You get the Energising Bolt Flask Effect and Halo of the Righteous Helmet Attachment after 3 hours of accumulated watch time on any channel streaming Path of Exile 2 during the first week of Early Access.

Starting: December 14th 12am PST (8:00 AM GMT) until December 22nd 12:00 am PST (8:00 AM GMT).

You get the Temporal Lord’s Portal Effect after 3 hours of accumulated watch time on any channel streaming Path of Exile 2 during the second week of Early Access.

You also get the Chimera Pet if you purchase or gift 2 Twitch subscriptions doing these 2 weeks.
