Buildings
Each Kingsmarch Building allows you to manage an aspect of the Town – from recruiting workers, to smelting ore, to receiving rewards.
Recruitment
Recruitment – done at the Tavern – allows you to hire Workers. As workers are required for almost everything in Kingsmarch, you’ll want to make sure you’re spending as much Gold as you can spare here!

Workers & ManagementMining
Mining allows you to convert unprocessed Ore into regular Ore, suitable for smelting.
Workers can be assigned to Mining to process ore, and increase the speed at which it is processed.

Smelting
Similar to Mining, Smelting allows you to convert processed Ore into metal ingots, suitable for shipping.
Farming
Farming allows you to grow crops – earning crops over time. These crops can later be shipped in order to receive raw currency items.
Disenchanting
Disenchanting allows you to destroy equipment items – turning them into Thaumaturgic Dust.
Rare items with higher tier affixes, and Unique items of higher tiers will grant the most Thaumaturgic dust. Disenchanting items takes time to complete – you can assign Workers to speed up the process.
Some custom loot filters include rules for highlighting Unique items that aren’t worth much currency, but disenchant for quite a lot of Dust – ensuring you have a constant supply!
Shipping
Shipping allows you to manage, crew, and send out boats, to exchange your Resources for rewards.

Mapping
Mapping allows you to have your Workers run maps for you. While the failure rates are quite high, if you have excess maps this is a great way to passively generate currency.
